Tão perto está o Minho, o rio da fronteira de Espanha. Outrora separava os povos, juntando-os na atualidade.

A foz vislumbra-se ao longe, mesmo ao lado de Caminha, desta terra que é Vila Nova de Cerveira, num manto de água reluzente.
